Meet the Team

Chris Caputo
Chris Caputo

Chris has over 15 years of IT experience, with past jobs titles including Vice President, Technology for 944 Magazine and Director of Technology for Mirabel Technologies. In addition, he co-founded MetroGo, a tech startup, and successfully secured an initial series of venture capital funding.

His technology and business background gives him the ability to analyze companies and optimize their marketing plans by providing customized, user-friendly software and applications that meet their needs.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the New York Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Chris serves as Board Secretary for the Pride Center of South Florida and previously served on the council for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.

He has made presentations on how to improve business outcomes, such as WordPress SEO For Beginners. Chris was also a speaker at the HITEC Conference, where he led a conversation about intranets in the workplace.

Cyndy Ryan
Cyndy Ryan

Cyndy’s 12 year software sales career began at Mirabel Technologies, a startup that served the magazine publishing industry. Excellent consultative sales skills contributed to her success at QQ Solutions, a software solution for independent insurance agencies.

In 2015 she moved to the nonprofit sector as Chief Operating Officer at St. George’s Center, Inc. The Center serves hot lunches and dinners to the hungry in northern Palm Beach County.

Cyndy is pleased to be back in an entrepreneurial environment and once again on Chris Caputo’s team. Her Director of Sales position at Giving Spirit is a perfect match for her sales skills and nonprofit experience.

Cyndy received a B.S degree at Penn State University with a major in Marketing. She has been on the Board of Directors at St. George’s Center, Inc. for the past 11 years, serving as President from 2011-2014. Cyndy has also served on the board of Club 100 Charities and is a member of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Dominica provides administrative support to our Giving Spirit clients and team members. She is a detail-oriented professional with strengths in sales, budgets, and operations.

With over ten years of experience in operations management, Dominica acts as the liaison between our clients and developers, ensuring a smooth adoption of our software.
